In a gourmet kitchen, everyone has their specialty. The Chef, saucier, pâtissier, waiter, maître d'… each is an artist.
My specialty is growing and commercialising the business - using marketing, sales, psychology and more. My art is a line graph pointing upwards, showing profits growing.
A saucier smells their sauce and it fills them with joy. I see passionate business owners, being able to focus on doing what they’re good at and love, not stressed about whether they’ll bring enough money home and I see satisfied customers having received a great product - that fills me with joy.
